Estimates & Invoicing

With QuickBooks connected, you can create estimates, look up invoices, and manage customers all through text.

Dictate a job description from your phone and your assistant drafts an estimate in QuickBooks:

You: Just left the Davis place. They want the master bathroom
remodeled. About 3 days of labor at 65 an hour, plus
around 800 in materials for tile and fixtures.
Clawbolt: I created a draft estimate for Davis in QuickBooks:
- Labor (3 days x 8 hrs x $65/hr): $1,560
- Materials (tile & fixtures): $800
- Total: $2,360
Want to review or adjust anything?

No laptop required. No “computer time” at the end of the day.

You: What invoices do I have for Amy's Bird Sanctuary?
Clawbolt: Found 4 invoices for Amy's Bird Sanctuary:
- #1036 | $315.00 (Paid)
- #1012 | $650.00 (Open, $400 paid)
- #1009 | $1,250.00 (Paid)
- #1003 | $475.00 (Paid)

Ask your assistant to send estimates or invoices to clients, or create and update customers in QuickBooks. Your assistant always asks for permission before creating or changing anything.

Ask your assistant to connect QuickBooks:

You: Connect my QuickBooks
Clawbolt: Here's a link to connect your QuickBooks account:

Tap it, sign in, and you're all set.

You can also connect from the Tools page in the web dashboard. See QuickBooks for technical setup details.
