Heartbeat

Heartbeat lets your assistant reach out proactively. Instead of waiting for you to message first, it periodically reviews your tasks and priorities and sends you a reminder when there’s something useful to say.

Clawbolt: Hey! Quick reminder: you mentioned wanting to
          follow up with Mrs. Johnson about the kitchen
          estimate by end of week. Want me to draft a
          message to send her?

Setting it up

Just tell your assistant what to track. It manages your heartbeat automatically:

You: Add to my heartbeat: follow up with Davis about
     the bathroom estimate by Friday

Clawbolt: Added to your heartbeat. I'll remind you about
          the Davis estimate before Friday.

You: Turn off heartbeat for now

Clawbolt: Heartbeat check-ins are now disabled.

Good things to add: client follow-ups, estimate deadlines, material orders, upcoming inspections.

Business hours

Check-in messages are only sent during your configured business hours. Make sure your timezone is set correctly (just tell your assistant your timezone and it will save it).

The Heartbeat page in the dashboard is available if you want a visual overview, but everything can be managed through chat.
